Our apartment is bookable for 3 days or longer
On your arrival day, the apartment is available from 2 pm
We ask that you check out of the apartment by 9 am

Cancellation conditions: 
The Austrian hotel regulations apply. In general, cancellations of reservations are accepted only in written form

• Up to 3 months prior to arrival, 
  there is no cancellation fee 
• Up to 1 month prior to arrival,
  we charge 40% of the total arranged price
• One week prior to arrival,
  we charge 70% of the total arranged price
• In the last week prior to arrival,
  we charge 90% of the total arranged price
• On arrival day and "No Show" / as well as in the case an early departure - 100% of the full price
